1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkr3.cam ("pkr3", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pkr3 website located at https://pkr3.cam, including all content, features, pages and services offered therein.

pkr3 is an English-language online gaming information platform designed for users in Pakistan. 4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by others. Without limitation, you agree that you will not:

4.1 Prohibited Conduct

• Use any automated means, bots, scrapers, crawlers or other data extraction tools to access, copy or monitor any portion of the Platform without pkr3's prior written consent;
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, republish or redistribute any Content for commercial purposes without express written authorisation from pkr3;
• Misrepresent the origin of the Platform's Content, including by presenting pkr3 materials as your own or altering or removing any proprietary notices;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform;
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, spam or malicious code through or in connection with the Platform;
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform's infrastructure;
• Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Platform;
• Use the Platform to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information of other Users without their consent.

4.2 Informational Use Only

All Content on pkr3 is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Users acknowledge that:

6 Disclaimers

6.1 No Gambling Operator Status

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr3, its directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable to any User or third party for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses;
• Damages resulting from reliance on any Content, including illustrative bonus figures, odds examples, jackpot illustrations or betting guidance;
• Damages resulting from any transaction between a User and a third-party Operator, including disputes relating to deposits, withdrawals, account verification or bonus fulfilment;

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other legal theory, and even if pkr3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where local law does not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, some of the above limitations may not apply. In such cases, pkr3's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13 Termination

pkr3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any User's access to the Platform — with or without notice — where pkr3 determines, at its sole discretion, that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false or misleading eligibility information;
• The User's conduct is harmful to the Platform, other Users or third parties;
• Continued provision of access would expose pkr3 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk;
• A User is accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.

Upon termination, all licences granted under these Terms shall immediately cease. Clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr3 is established and/or the operator's applicable licensing jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For Users located in Pakistan, these Terms do not supersede, override or limit the application of any mandatory provisions of Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan remain subject to all applicable local legislation, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, and any other applicable federal or provincial law or regulation.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, except where local mandatory law requires otherwise.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pkr3 reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. We may also provide notice of significant changes via a prominent notice on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
